NEWS FLASH
Italian regional carrier Sky Alps, which is due to open a seasonal base at Mostar Airport tomorrow, continues to update its fleet. The airline has now scheduled a CRJ900 aircraft on select Mostar flights, in addition to the Embraer E195 and the Dash 8. As EX-YU Aviation News learns, an Airbus A319 is also expected to be scheduled on some flights shortly. The jet-engine aircraft are on short-term lease due to bureaucratic hurdles that have grounded most of the airline’s turboprops. Sky Alps will launch flights from Mostar to Bergamo, Palermo, Naples and Bari, while also resuming services to Rome and Munich.
I just have a feeling this will all end in tears but I do wish Mostar the best of luck and hope it works out.
ReplyDeleteAny additional flights are welcomed for Mostar, even if they are canceled after a few rotations
DeleteSo from whom will the E95, CRJ900 and A319 be?
ReplyDeletee95 maybe marathon air, they have one stored right now, crj is this one i guess
DeleteTonight CRJ from Global Reach Aviation is landing at Mostar...Am I wrong in thinking that approach for Mostar warrants a special training?
ReplyDeleteDon't be surprised if the first flight gets cancelled last minute.
ReplyDeleteThis doesnt smell on god at all..
ReplyDeleteEnough with the Balkan negativity. Good vibes people.
ReplyDeleteThe 1st flight was on time today
ReplyDeleteIt will be Universal from Malta. They just cancelled ALL their scheduled flights ín short notice out of Pecs and Debrecen (from 30 May) to be able to fly this. A joke of an airline fooled by another.
