NEWS FLASH

Air Serbia has elevated its premium travel offering with the launch of a refreshed business class menu on its flights to and from New York, Chicago, Shanghai and Guangzhou. The airline now features a wider range of dishes influenced by both Serbian and international cuisines. The new options allow passengers greater choice to tailor their in-flight meals to personal preference. Services to and from China also feature dishes influenced by Chinese and Asian cuisine. The airline noted that a dedicated vegetarian selection is now available on every long-haul flight in its standard menus. In addition, the carrier offers special meals across both cabins which can be pre-ordered including those for religious needs, vegan and vegetarian options, dietary and medical needs, as well as meals for children and babies.

They seem to be classic Serbian pancakes (yum), but just presented in a weird way. They are usually rolled up.
