And I'm pretty sure LPA is going 2x weekly next winter too! Air Baltic really is starting to notice Ljubljana...let's hope for more in the summer/next year!

Apologies, I thought the poster was referring to Riga flights. The system shows one weekly service to Las Palmas.

The LF is stable trough the whole year, this is a great achievement by airBaltic. Even now in december the prices are as high as 300 eur one way.

And let's not forget they were sending A320 throught the summer, so additional 40-50 seats per rotation every sunday compared to A220

Wait so Air Baltic was leasing an A320 when they have a ton of their own A220 leased to other airlines?

Yes, they do this a lot. They cancel their unprofitable prime flights to operate wet-leases. This is often criticised in Latvia given the support of the taxpayer the enjoy, like OU.

They scheduled it, its sadly only 2x per week with some weeks only being once weekly, a disappointment imo.

They are constantly flying 90%+ full now in December with 3 flights per week. A few times there was only a couple of seats left available. I really don’t understand how they can’t fly at least three times per week in the summer, or if not that, AT LEAST not have those weird period with one weekly flight. I really hope this is not the final schedule.
