NEWS FLASH
Low cost carrier Ryanair will reduce operations on its seasonal flights between London Stansted and Osijek. The service will resume on June 2 and run twice per week until August 29. Last year, flights were maintained between April 2 and September 27. As a result, Ryanair will reduce operations on the route by 50%, while capacity will be cut by the same amount or close to 10.000 seats. London Stansted is Ryanair’s only route out of Osijek.

Why?
ReplyDeleteThey will leave this lucrative market for Croatia Airlines
DeleteThis will be felt at OSI.
ReplyDeleteFirst the Zadar and Rijeka cuts, then that bum conference in Zagreb, now this, ig FR's rapid expansion in Croatia has more than concluded
ReplyDeleteI think they are sending signals to HDZ that something needs to change. Hopefully OU launches OSI-STN
DeleteI see OU launching Gatwick or Heathrow not Stansted
DeleteI dont see OU launching anying from Osijek.
DeleteA new OU service to LHR oh please....
Deleteerm...nope
Delete11.35
DeleteI don't see OU launching anything serious anywhere (1 or 2 weekly seasonal is not serious). Except more Vrankvurt and more Minken. They are very serious about the two and that's why highly corruptive single type BCG deal was concluded. But I understand you in Slavonia still believe OU and Kradeze will solve the problems they caused. At which I can only laugh
Sorry, it was meant for 11.08
DeleteWhat was frequency last year? If same, then cut equals 33%, or I am wrong?
ReplyDeleteThere were 104 operations on this route in 2025 and there are 52 operations on this route scheduled for 2026. The reduction is 50% in operations and 49.8% in capacity.
Delete"until September 29"
ReplyDelete@admin, its until 29th August, not September
