NEWS FLASH
Italian carrier Neos will operate regular charter flights between Reykjavik and Split on behalf of Icelandic tour operator Heimsferdir. Services will commence on May 21 and, with the exception of the inaugural flight, will operate weekly on Fridays until July 24. Heimsferdir also allows the individual purchase of tickets without a holiday package, with bookings available through the tour operator’s website. Further flight details can be found here.
The service replaces last year’s scheduled operations by Icelandic low cost carrier PLAY, which has since gone bankrupt and discontinued flights to Split. In addition, Heimsferdir will operate one-off charters from Reykjavik to Zagreb on May 1 (returning May 5), as well as to Ljubljana on April 30 and October 15 (returning May 3 and October 20).
