NEWS FLASH
Austrian Airlines has delayed the launch of its planned new service between Vienna and Ohrid. The carrier was initially scheduled to commence operations on May 17, however, the start date has now been pushed back to June 21. Frequencies and operating times remain unchanged and can be viewed here. Services are still set to conclude on October 18, as originally planned.

Besides the pressure from the middle east conflict, I believe they need planes for more profitable routes that got axed by CityLine. They will continue making changes through out the group.
DeleteOf course, all airlines optimize their schedules because of fuel prices. However, the Lufthansa Group’s rescheduling is largely the result of the CityLine closure fiasco, which happened without any proper prior planning.
DeleteThey really woke up, decided to close the airline and figure out later what to do. Crazy for the company that celebrates 100 years with the ambition of being/staying biggest European aviation brand.
DeleteI bet it was LH's CEO sole decision. The guy who was "siher" that the new Tr*mp gov will give the whole aviation sector a "strong push"....
