The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) will host its inaugural Communications, Navigation, Surveillance and Spectrum Symposium in Montenegro’s Bay of Kotor. The symposium is expected to bring together senior ICAO officials and delegations from the organisation’s 193 member states, including representatives of transport ministries, civil aviation authorities, air navigation service providers and technology companies. Discussions will cover the future of air traffic management, artificial intelligence, satellite communications, cybersecurity, GNSS interference and the protection of critical infrastructure. The event represents a major international gathering for Montenegro. It will be held from October 12 - 15 at the Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort. Air Serbia has been named as the official carrier of the event.
