Numerous flights have been diverted from Tivat Airport today after airlines were unable to conduct operations under safe landing conditions due to “uncontrolled bird flock activity in the vicinity of Tivat Airport”. Air Serbia, Air Montenegro, Eurowings, easyJet, Turkish Airlines, Israir, FlyOne and Norwegian Air Shuttle have all been forced to divert flights this morning. No commercial aircraft has landed at Tivat between 07:40 and 11:00 local time. Flights have been rerouted to Podgorica, Tirana, Brindisi, Rome and Bari. Tivat Airport said operations were suspended due to an "unprecedented concentration of birds on the runway".

From Podgorica you just have to take one the many busses.
Try taking Air Montenegro or Air Serbia from certain airports. Hajde, give us a break.
