Sarajevo’s largest airlines by scheduled seat capacity, August 2026

This is bad!
ReplyDeleteIt is actually not bad at all considering 4/5 of all seat cuts came from three markets in the Gulf heavily affected by US/Israel-Iran war. But the winter/spring season with Ryanair pullout and LOT discontinuing its flights until the spring '27 will definitely be challenging. [S.K]

Given the market share of those flights it means the organic growth and diversification elsewhere was enough to offset these changes and that the airport would've otherwise grown in passenger numbers by a decent amount.
Next year they will offer over 3M seats, possibly even 3.5M so we'll see how it works out with W6 back and if Ryan follows the summer season deal with 425k seats.
