Austrian Airlines is increasing frequencies between Vienna and Sarajevo this upcoming winter season, which begins on October 26 and runs until March 28, 2026. The Austrian flag carrier will introduce an additional weekly rotation for a total of two daily flights throughout the winter. As a result, it will maintain the same number of frequencies throughout the year. During the winter, the airline will primarily deploy its 120-seat Embraer E195 aircraft on the route. The 180-seat Airbus A320 jet has been scheduled on two flights in November, one in December and January, and eight in March.
