Pristina Airport registered its busiest April on record by handling 399.207 passengers, representing an increase of 22.3% on the same month last year. The number of aircraft movements grew 19.6% to 2.334. During the January - April period, the airport welcomed 1.369.819 travellers, up 17.5%, or an extra 203.960 passengers. Pristina Airport is anticipated to continue its record run, with May capacity up 21% and June capacity growing by 18.4%.

DeleteNo there is not. PRN has a weak summer compared to ZAG and you can already see it based on April figures.

DeleteIf after summer ZAG and PRN have similiar number of passengers there is a high probability that PRN will be ahead of ZAG at the end of the year.

ReplyDeleteGP Aviation officially has 3 Boeing 737-400, but on some days it is clear that in PRN they have up to 6 consecuitive flights in space of 60 minutes. Are they leasing extra equipment?
DeleteYes, they are.
DeleteTop 10 airlines have about 50% market share (if the ratio of occupancy/capacity hold the same for all airlines). The market is highly fragmented, which is a good thing.

Paris and Lyon are new but from the tour operators.
