NEWS FLASH
Air Serbia has entered into a partnership with TS Media, one of the largest content producers and providers in Central and Eastern Europe. The agreement will see a significant number of contemporary Serbian films and television series added to the carrier’s in-flight entertainment system on board its Airbus A330-200 aircraft, complementing the existing international selection. The deal will also expand the overall volume of content available to passengers as part of the IFE offering. “With this collaboration, Serbian cinema and television content will be featured within the onboard entertainment offering on the carrier’s longest routes, adding value alongside a wide range of international titles and providing passengers with authentic homegrown content”, TS Media said.
This is a great news as diaspora from North America kept asking for more serbian content on those flights.
ReplyDeleteI noticed a lot of other carriers have switched to onboard wifi with entertainment picks that can be played on personal devices - the only requirement is that the passenger be a member of the frequent flyer program for the airline. This might be something we see happen in the near future for JU when it rolls out it's own loyalty program. AC charges for open wifi and makes a tidy profit from it - self sustaining.
ReplyDeleteFree Wi-fi during the flight?
ReplyDeleteNah, don't see Starlink coming to JU anytime soon...
DeleteToo soon probably.
