Sarajevo Airport handled 136.258 passengers in March, representing an increase of 21.6% year-on-year. The number of aircraft movements increased 11% to 1.331. Over the first quarter, Sarajevo Airport welcomed 368.184 travellers, up 10.3%, or an additional 34.382 passengers. The airport's acting CEO, Dino Selimović, said, “This historic result is a reflection of the dedication and professionalism of our employees, as well as the exceptional cooperation with all our partners. It is a success we should all celebrate together and an additional incentive to continue strengthening the development of Sarajevo Airport and further enhancing the quality of service for all our passengers in the period ahead”.
