Adria delays capital hike decision

Monday, November 23, 2015

Adria Airways has delayed an extraordinary general meeting, scheduled to take place today at 11.00, to discuss an eight million euro capital injection in a bid to boost its liquidity. It is believed the meeting has been postponed until an investor is identified. The Slovenian Sovereign Holding, which is overseeing the sale of a 91.58% share in the airline, said last week that Adria Airways' privatisation process is in its final stages and proposed for the shareholders meeting to be delayed.
