Help me out here, why is Cologne more important then let's say Rome, Milan, Madrid, Barcelona? During the last Festivities Ljubljana was packed with Italians.

Why would they fly to Milan, when many Slovenians considers Milan as a start point of their journey? Rome is also to close, agencies are offering trips there with bus, that is much cheaper. Madrid and Barcelona are well served from Trieste or Venice, JP can't beat the fares of lowcosters.

Rome they flew years ago. Didnt work well. BCN was top for some years but with the eco crisis in Slovenia, less and less flew to. MAD same. Now with Slovenia recovering slowly, Spain too, I cld imagine that BCN could work again for them. If not in 2016, than in 2017
CGN is good. Huge market with large population near round, not only CGN but also kearby Belgium and NL
