Friday, April 15, 2016

MRO company Adria Airways Tehnika has signed an agreement with low cost airline easyJet for the maintenance of its Airbus A320-family aircraft in Ljubljana. The deal will come into effect in September. Furthermore, Adria Tehnika has secured a contract with Volotea for the up-keep of its Airbus A319 fleet starting 2017. The low cost airline took delivery of its first Airbus jets only last month. Earlier in April, the Canadian plane manufacturer Bombardier announced the extension of its Authorised Service Facility (ASF) agreement with Adria Tehnika for an additional five-year term. Adria Tehnika was sold to Poland's Linetech Holding last year with the promise to expand the company's business.
