Air Serbia hiring VP Americas

Air Serbia is hiring for the position of Vice President Americas, to be based in New York. The minimum requirements include at least five years of airline and people management experience in a regional or a country role, university degree, preferably Master level, English fluency, with Serbian and another language preferred, thorough understanding of airline operations, familiarity with corporate financial data and reports, written and verbal communication skills, as well as computer literacy.     RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Achieve the region’s commercial revenue targets and budgets.
    Successfully establish Air Serbia in new markets within the region and launch new markets if required.
    Ensure relationships with commercial partners and official organizations are fully developed and maintained to enable the growth of Air Serbia market share in chosen markets.
    Ensure regional and country sales and marketing plans are implemented to achieve revenue targets and market shares.
    Ensure timely and effective responses to issues identified in business performance, competitors’ activities and strategic environmental trends.
    Design and implement a regional business development strategy through a business planning process in line with corporate objectives.
    Lead, motivate and direct a sales team to ensure the achievement of revenue goals.
    Ensure that Air Serbia is compliant with legal, governmental, safety and security as well as all other relevant regulations.
    Ensure that the region has the right people with relevant skills to achieve its objectives.
    Ensure relationships with relevant Civil Aviation Authorities are developed and maintained to provide platform for Air Serbia growth opportunities in the region
    Ensure that Network opportunities to maximize guests’ flows from the region are developed and nurtured to sustain growth opportunities.
    Provide support by developing airline relationships within the region, either by developing codeshare, Sales Purchase Agreement and interline opportunities.
    Develop short and long-term sales strategies and utilize cost effective sales and distribution channels.

      Cak i da se pojavi kandidat koji hoce i moze da ispuni sve ove zahteve, a sigurno ih ima, ako ne zadovolji ispusenu stjuardesu i Sindikalno rukovodstvo,koji su glavni konsultanti i kreatori kadrovske politike Danet Kondica,nista od angazmana.

Pogotovo kada je u pitanju Air Serbia i njen prvi covek Dane Kondic. Sto se mene tice kada bih mogao dao bih sce anonimuse koji se obracaju na ovaj nacin kao sto ste Vi ovog puta, za jednu prostu korisnu rec. Zao mije ako sam Vas naljutio. Ipak, budite Covek, makar i anoniman. Vase je pravo. Sada ce biti Drugi rodjendan prvoj Srpskoj avio kompaniji koja ponosito nosi Njeno ime. Vama svako dobro, uz nadu da uvek mozemo biti dobri Ljudi.     Meaning yourself hating everything that's not in favor of ASL and everyone who dares to write truth about political project ASL, paid by serbian citizens, and this post/position proving it, being just one more of lot poltocally appointed fat income positions whose results will be zero, as there wouldn't be any NorthAm flights?
