Bombardier extends Adria Tehnika deal

The Canadian plane manufacturer Bombardier has announced it will extend its Authorised Service Facility (ASF) agreement with Adria Tehnika in Ljubljana for an additional five-year term. Under the agreement, Adria Tehnika is designated as an authorised service provider for base and other maintenance on all Bombardier CRJ series aircraft, including jet modifications and upgrades. To date, as an ASF, Adria Tehnika has completed heavy maintenance on over 700 CRJ series aircraft. "Our team at Adria Tehnika has been offering our customers in the region and as far as India and China on-time, cost-effective CRJ series aircraft maintenance solutions and expertise for over fourteen years", Adria Tehnika CEO, Maks Pele, said. "Today's announcement marks the extension of a solid relationship and we are thrilled that Bombardier's customer services support network continues to include our collaborations, as together we serve our customers' needs". Todd Young, Vice President and General Manager, Customer Services at Bombardier Commercial Aircraft, added, "We're very excited to extend our contract with Adria Tehnika as one of our long-time, trusted CRJ series aircraft Authorised Service Facilities. Adria Tehnika has a great reputation for reliably assisting our customers with the upmost professionalism and technical experience and I am confident that this level of service will continue". Poland's Linetech Holding purchased a 100% stake in Adria Tehnika last year.
