Bratislava Airport is holding high hopes for Wizz Air's new service from Skopje, noting there is strong demand for the flights. "We are delighted that Wizz Air is introducing new scheduled flights from Bratislava to Skopje, since there has been long-term demand for such a route from passengers. We believe that our cooperation with Wizz Air will move forward into the future and we will offer travellers more new routes”, Bratislava Airport's Managing Director, Ivan Trhlik, said. He added that Wizz Air will introduce additional routes to Bratislava from Southeastern Europe in the foreseeable future. The airline has bases in both Belgrade and Tuzla in the region. The new service from Skopje to Bratislava, one of three to be launched by the low cost carrier next year, will primarily cater for the Macedonian diaspora living in Austria, with the Slovak capital just thirty kilometres from the Austrian border. The two weekly Skopje - Bratislava service will launch on March 28. Further flight details are available here.
Let's hope that W6 introduces INI-BTS or BEG-BTS next
