Budapest Airport marks Air Serbia anniversary

Tuesday, April 14, 2015

Budapest Airport has marked, with some fanfare, the first anniversary since Air Serbia launched flights from Belgrade to the Hungarian capital. Last Friday, Air Serbia’s ATR 72 was greeted with a water cannon salute and cake at Budapest Airport. Air Serbia launched daily flights on the route last year. It competes against Belarus’ Belavia which holds fifth freedom rights to carry passengers between the two capital cities. Budapest Airport’s Chief Commercial Officer, Kam Jandu, previously said, “I see further possibility for a capacity increase on this destination soon, which may lead to new market opportunities both for Air Serbia and its strategic partner Etihad Airways”.

Budapest is so well managed that it puts Belgrade to complete shame. They also organize awards for different airlines, what is certainly stimulating for any customer. Belgrade management - a pile of crap and unprofessionals.

  3. Happy firs anniversary of flying BEG - BUD. to AIR SERBIA. Sto se tice aerodrome Beograd, negovo vreme tek dolazi posle komplene rekonstrukcije, dogradnje i gradnje svih objekata za buduci Hub. Posle toga se moze porediti sa drugim aerodromima. Tuzno je kada se komentarise prljavim recima prema ljudima, stvarima. Trudite se da um i usta drzite cista. Za to trud netreba. Dobra volja?. DA!. Iskreno Rodney & Assoc.
