Croatia Airlines to unveil Airbus deal

Tuesday, October 13, 2015

Croatia Airlines is today expected to officially present its recent deal to convert a 2008 order for four Airbus A319s to A320neos. Although the aircraft from the original 2008 deal were to be delivered by the end of 2013, their arrival was was put on hold due to the airline's financial situation. Following years of talks, Croatia Airlines successfully renegotiated the order last month. Croatia Airlines' CEO, Krešimir Kučko, and Airbus' Executive Director of Sales for Central and Northern Europe, Kimon Sotiropoulos, are expected to give more details on the new deal later today.
