Does this mean CSA will maintain year-round flights to SJJ and not only seasonal?

I also don't get the preliminary flight times. They are hostile to every leisure traveller and also quite inadequate to buisiness pax. SJJ times will surely change.

When CSA used to fly to SKP they had similar times. All flights are scheduled to connect onto their flights from Prague. They said they were going after transfer passengers on these flights.
