Low cost airline easyJet will launch seasonal flights from Manchester to Tivat next summer season. It marks the budget airline's first route to Montenegro. The two weekly flights will be inaugurated on March 27, 2016 and run each Thursday and Sunday until October 16. Tickets are already on sale through the airline's website. Tivat becomes the seventh city served by easyJet in the former Yugoslavia following Ljubljana, Pula, Split, Dubrovnik, Pristina and Belgrade. Flight details for the new Manchester - Tivat service can be found here. Commenting on the new service, the Ambassador of the United Kingdom to Montenegro, Ian Whitting, said, "I'm delighted that easyJet will start flying to Tivat next summer. This marks a new phase in UK’s bilateral relationship with Montenegro and I am sure it will be a huge success".
Good news!
ReplyDeleteWhy no Eazyjet flights to BEG?
Easujet flies to Belgrade year round. Apart from that you could have read it in the text Tivat becomes the seventh city served by easyJet in the former Yugoslavia following Ljubljana, Pula, Split, Dubrovnik, Pristina and Belgrade.
DeleteI'm surprised it's not one of London airports.
ReplyDeleteGreat for Tivat!
London will be second destination.Daily ops.
ReplyDeleteThere is already Ryanair on that route, plus MGX and ASL who offer good fair for trip via BEG. So, I hope they will launch something else.
DeleteYet they (UK) abolish visa for Montenegrin nationals and everything would go well...
