easyJet targets 15.000 Tivat passengers

Friday, December 18, 2015

Budget airline easyJet, which recently announced its first service to Montenegro, anticipates handling some 15.000 passengers between Manchester and Tivat during its first year of operations (March 27 - October 16, 2016). easyJet's Commercial Manager, Ali Gayword, says, "We’re delighted to be adding a new country to our network exclusively available for passengers travelling from Manchester Airport. With its Mediterranean climate and a vibrant coastline littered with beaches, this is a truly up and coming destination which will provide more than a match for the long-established med resorts. We expect this new route will not take long to become a firm favourite as an easy and affordable summer destination for our customers”. The Commercial Director at Manchester Airport, Stephn Turner, notes, "We’re delighted that easyJet has announced its new service to Tivat. It’s a destination that has never been served from Manchester and we’re sure it will prove popular with the 22 million people in our catchment area". easyJet will operate the route twice per week throughout the 2016 summer season.

INEX ADRIA(ADR/JP) has flown the route in the 1980s. So...MAN-TIV...It's not the first time.
