Five companies have submitted bids to purchase a 100% stake in the Slovenian maintenance provider Adria Airways Tehnika. The Zagreb Traffic Institute (ZPZ), Lithuania’s Avia Solutions Group, Germany’s Express Airways, Oryn and Aviatica are all vying for a stake. Sales procedures are expected to be finalised by the end of June following talks with all five companies. In 2010, Adria Airways sold its 100% stake in Adria Tehnika to the operator of Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport (46.7%) and the state-owned financial holding company PDP (52.3%). Adria Tehnika is the base maintenance provider for the Slovenian national carrier and several other airlines.
