The Slovenian Sovereign Holding (SDH), which is overseeing the sale of a 91.58% stake in national flag carrier Adria Airways, says it has received several bids. The SDH refused to reveal the exact number of bids or the financial offers made for the majority share in the airline. In a press release, it said such information could compromise the sale. The German-based specialist turnaround consultant, Intro Aviation, is believed to have put in a bid, as well as a number of financial investors. Adria's CEO, Mark Anžur, says the privatisation should be finalised in "a few months".

DeleteAnd you can bet Adria will not be sold for a loan the way JU was.
