Croatian airports handled an impressive 2.66 million passengers during the first half of the year, an increase of 7.2% compared to the same period in 2014. As a result, the country’s commercial airports added an additional 177.000 passengers on last year. In July alone, figures improved a combined 6.1%, while the number of operated flights to Croatia increased 7.8%. The fastest growing airport during the month was Osijek, followed by Rijeka and Split. Passengers arriving from Germany were the most frequent, followed by the United Kingdom, France and Sweden.

ReplyDeleteMali Losinj Airport is doing a great improvement this year, although they have only one scheduled line (Split-Losinj-Pula) and bad infrastructure. In July they had 3659 passengers which is 306% more than 2013 (901pax).
