Adria to become Limited Liability Company

Adria Airways’ owner, AA International Aviation Holding, has adopted plans to transform the Slovenian carrier into a Limited Liability Company (LLC) with a capital of 7.642.455 euros. As a result, Adria Airways’ supervisory and advisory boards will be dissolved, while company CEO, Arno Schuster, will stay in his post until March 25, 2020, although AA International holds the right to replace the existing management at any time. Furthermore, there will be no committees, meaning that employees will exercise their rights in line with their collective agreements and the law.
