NEWS FLASH

Lufthansa has confirmed it has signed a wet-lease agreement with its Star Alliance partner Adria Airways for two Bombardier CRJ900 aircraft. According to the "Ch Aviation" portal, the jets will be stationed in Munich and primarily operate on flights to Stuttgart, Timisoara, Wroclaw and Muenster / Osnabrueck. Last month, Austrian announced it too would wet-lease two CRJ900s from Adria this summer, while Luxembourg's Luxair has extended its wet-lease of a CRJ700 from the Slovenian carrier until the end of the year.

There we go, like Purger said, it was LH that's behind 4K. Now LH gets dirt cheap aircraft.

Ehh, no. What makes you think that? LH is also wet leasing Air Baltic and Air Nostrum jets. The Russians will buy Adria.

On last Sunday, around noon there were 6 CRJs + 1 Saab parked in Brnik plus I saw Adria A319 on Munich airport the same morning. It seems they will really take those Superjets.

Looks like all thew good and desirable aircraft will be wetleased and Adria's own schedule will be operated by the Sukhois.

Brussels airlines never complained about the aircraft itself, but about its support...

Would you say Mercedes is a good car if you buy one, but have to wait 3 months for an oil filter? Probably not.

Seems they are doing a good job with these leases. 3 weeks ago I was in LX flight oos/dispatch in ZRH and they cfmd they are well satisfied with JP. ZRH LUG ZRH works fine and even more on time as OS did with their Dash8. LH group wld def not work with JP if leasing svc would be bad
