NEWS FLASH

The Montenegrin government has named Dragana Frantov Nikolić as the acting CEO of national carrier Air Montenegro. She will lead the airline until a permanent new head is selected, which is taking place through an open call. Ms Frantov Nikolić joined Air Montenegro in March of last year. She previously worked at Jat Airways, initially as Head of Sales for Montenegro, before moving on to become Head of Sales for Europe. Following the airline’s rebranding into Air Serbia, she held several posts including Manager for Sales Effectiveness, Manager for Commercial Performance and General Manager for Commercial. Ms Frantov Nikolić also worked as a Sales Manager for Serbia at Aeroflot over a two-year period. She replaces Predrag Todorović, who resigned as CEO in February and left the company last week.
