Pristina Airport completes ILS upgrade

NEWS FLASH

Pristina Airport has put into operation its upgraded Instrument Landing System, increasing its category from II to category IIIb. The new system aids with an automated precision approach and landing when the runway visibility is at a distance of no less than fifteen metres and is at a visual range less than 200 meters. The system is expected to improve Pristina Airport’s performance during the winter when it suffers from fog and low visibility which has disrupted its operations in the past on numerous occasions. Late last year, Pristina Airport completed work on the extension of its runway from 2.560 metres to 3.050 metres.

CAT II in Skopje, but it's not possible to go with a better category due to the surrounding terrain.

You cannot call that an national airline. They operate charters. It’s established by maffia tour-agencies and it’s a Bulgarian airline

They kill their wallet. Overpriced tickets when you can fly with proper airlines for less. The problem is that people don’t know that and still book through them!
