NEWS FLASH
Vueling has officially scheduled and put on sale flights between Barcelona and Ljubljana for the upcoming winter season. As initially reported by EX-YU Aviation News last weekend, the flights will commence on November 16 and operate twice per week, on Thursdays and Sundays. Frequencies will increase to three weekly between December 9 and January 6 with an additional rotation on Tuesdays. The full schedule can be viewed here.
Gigantic news and huge pull for Ljubljana!
ReplyDeleteHoping for it to turn out successful
ReplyDeleteGreat for Ljubljana... Just checked the price and they are set at about 30€ one way, which is great! More LLC connections are needed. What's going on with some flights missing on some random days? Sold ot?
ReplyDeleteThey are still adding flights into system.
DeleteActually all flights are normally loaded but use their app on the mobile. On the desktop site some dates are indeed missing.
DeleteThey are now available for me in the app, but not on the website. I think they'll update it by day-end
DeleteBRAVO Fraport officials!
ReplyDeleteNow only AirAlbania is missing. Is it still happening?
ReplyDeleteI'm more interested what is going on with DUS flights.
ReplyDeleteWhat's going on there?
DeleteThey removed flights past October.
DeleteDoes anyone have the load factor? They are sending A320NEOs in August
Delete@10:47 But there were never any flights past October? It’s a seasonal route.
DeleteEvery other seasonal route has flights on sale for next summer
DeleteMaybe they are waiting for the new tender?
DeleteThey won it for the next 3 years for DUS and BER, so those routes aren't viable for the new tender
DeleteDUS is gasto market from ExYu what were they thinking with launching LJU
DeleteThey also fly CGN-KLU so they are probably not getting any of the Austrian market either.
Deletegreat ... maybe Ljubljana will finally be able to reach 2019 numbers ... and also winter looks better than last year
ReplyDeleteJudging by the surge in price, they are selling VERY well... Has anyone on here booked it already? What's the end price with luggage and seats?
ReplyDeleteI did. Yesterday immediately after the booking were open. 115€ rt no luggage.
DeleteBookings*
DeleteReturn flight? Not bad!
DeleteThat is a very good price
DeleteJust booked 2 rt tickets LJU - BCN - LJU for the end of feb (school vacations) - 120€ rt for 2 tickets :)
DeleteLooks like wishes and prayers from concerned commenters did not have any result and tickets were actually put on sale by Vueling!

DeleteHaters gonna hate.
Haha! +1
DeleteFinally.
ReplyDeleteBravo Fraport!
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone know why I can’t yet book a connection in BConto another Vueling flight to Spain?
ReplyDeleteWait a few days, it took them 24hours for them to put up all the flights in the first place
DeleteAs a Spaniard living in Ljubljana, this is great news
ReplyDeleteLet's hope for year-round Madrid ops as well!
DeleteOne of the best news in 2025. 🇪🇦❤
DeleteMAD would be nice to have it at least during full or most of the Summer Timetable
Air Albania, what's good?
ReplyDeleteWilling to bet that it's either not happening or its going to be delayed; but even if the flights happen, they'll close the sales after a few rotations
DeleteFlights are selling quite well; congrats Lju!
ReplyDeleteNo demand in LJU!!!!
DeleteWhen are connecting flights going on sale?
ReplyDeleteSome already available. Check Skyscanner.
