NEWS FLASH
Wizz Air is continuing to expand its presence in Croatia with the introduction of flights to Zadar this summer. The low cost carrier will launch operations from Budapest and Warsaw to the coastal city on June 9, with services on both routes to be maintained four times per week until September 19. Further details for the Budapest - Zadar flights can be found here, while additional information for the Warsaw service can be viewed here. The airline will compete directly with Ryanair on flights from the Hungarian capital, and indirectly from Warsaw, as its low cost rival operates from Modlin Airport. Zadar will become the fourth city in Croatia to be served by Wizz Air, joining Split, Dubrovnik and Rijeka.

Wizz really growing in Croatia this year.
ReplyDeleteThey're coming for ZAG
DeleteRumours only.
DeleteSome are saying Wizz air will start Zagreb ops this winter? Is this true?
ReplyDeleteWhy do you trust what "some" are saying?
DeleteThe question is sign of trust?
DeleteEverything to avoid Ljubljana :D
ReplyDeleteLjubljana with Skobir really made sure that LCCs were not welcome. And he championed for Fraport to take over, now them continuing his “good work”. And he wants to be minister for economy! No, thank you. To follow the “German model” of how to shoot yourself in the foot? The LCCs were good for Copenhagen, Vienna or Barcelona, but not for LJU!
DeleteI want same drugs that you use xD
DeleteHopefully in time Zadar will lower sole dependence on Ryanair
ReplyDeleteAlso, getting some winter routes should be a priority when new terminal is finished as main construction works are being done during winter
Stop with this narrative. Zadar LOVES Ryanair. The airport would be like Rijeka without it. Maybe a few easyJet routes, a Transavia route or two and maybe Volotea. And Year-round PSO flights that are badly designed.
DeleteBravo Hrvatska!
ReplyDeleteSounds like a good addition, hopefully they will add some routes that currently are not operated at all.
ReplyDeletePerhaps they can fly to Romania and add Luton.
