Podgorica Airport handles millionth passenger

Podgorica Airport handled its millionth traveller of the year yesterday, September 23. The passenger arrived on an Air Serbia flight from Belgrade. The milestone was achieved eighteen days ahead of last year. “In the next three months, we expect for the strong results to continue. This year will be remembered as the most successful at our airport”, the head of operator Airports of Montenegro, Danilo Orlandić, said. Montenegro’s second international airport, Tivat, handled its millionth traveller on August 31.
