Eurowings schedules new Pristina flights

Low cost carrier Eurowings has scheduled new flights from Pristina to Geneva and Basel after announcing it would base an Airbus A319 aircraft in the Kosovan city from June 19. The new services will commence on June 19 and 22 respectively and operate twice per week. Although scheduled, the flights are yet to go on sale but are expected to be available for purchase via the airline's website by the end of the week. Eurowings will also boost frequencies on flights from Pristina to Dusseldorf, Munich and Stuttgart.     Can someone please explain, are they allowed to operate with a D- or OE- registration out of PRN? Or will they have to re-register an aircraft?
