KLM promotes Las Vegas sales from Belgrade

If you've always wanted to visit one of North America's major cities, like Las Vegas - the city of luck and former "Miss Atomic Bomb" pageants, magnificent New York, sunny Miami, cosmopolitan Toronto, or escape to an exotic destination in winter, don't wait until the last minute to buy your tickets, as prices are most expensive then. Plan your trip in advance, avoid holiday crowds, book your tickets while they’re on promotion, and save money.

KLM’s "Sunrise Deal" promotional campaign offers passengers from Belgrade discounted economy class tickets to various destinations worldwide. The promotion runs from November 7 to 20, 2024, and tickets can be used until March 31, 2025.

Knowing that tickets can be cheaper, all that's left is to choose your destination - and KLM suggests Las Vegas, the city that never sleeps. Known as the Entertainment Capital of the World, or Sin City, Las Vegas attracts millions of tourists each year eager to try their luck and unwind under the motto "What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas."

In 1855, when members of the Mormon church founded Las Vegas to spread their teachings, they could hardly have imagined the city would become the gambling capital. After gambling was legalized in Nevada in 1931, Las Vegas slowly grew into Sin City, offering visitors the dream of fast wealth and entertainment.

Today, Las Vegas is one of the world's most-visited cities, with an astounding 65 tourists per resident. The famous MGM Grand Hotel has 6.852 rooms and welcomes over 70,000 people daily! If someone wanted to sleep in every bed available in Las Vegas hotels, it would take them 288 years to complete the feat. However, no matter how many hotels you visit, you'll rarely find floors numbered 4 or 13, as these numbers are considered unlucky and avoided for superstitious guests.

Still, sleeping in Las Vegas is tough, as the city is known as the brightest spot on Earth due to the neon lights. But it’s the rich nightlife that keeps most tourists awake. While only 15% of visitors claim they come to Vegas for gambling, 71% try their luck during their stay. Legendary tales of winnings fuel the imagination - from a student winning $39 million on a slot machine to FedEx's founder saving his company in its early days by gambling in Las Vegas.

Las Vegas is also famous for the sheer number of weddings - around 300 daily, similar to Istanbul! If you decide to tie the knot, you can be wed by an Elvis Presley impersonator, and even rent a wedding dress from nearby shops.

Though popular culture may suggest otherwise, not everything is allowed in Las Vegas. For example, prostitution and public marijuana consumption are illegal, along with some quirky rules like feeding pigeons.

In addition to casinos and slot machines, Las Vegas hotels offer a rich entertainment program, with the famous show Absinthe blending cabaret, burlesque, and modern circus. The city lights can also be admired from the world’s largest observation wheel, and nearby is the Red Rock Canyon, which you can view from a helicopter. The lowest point in the Western Hemisphere, Death Valley National Park, is just a two-hour drive from the city.

As the saying goes, "The early bird catches the worm", so book your tickets early, while they're on promotion, and save. And as for Las Vegas, good luck!

Check ticket prices on the company's website serbia.klm.com. More information and promotion details are available HERE.

The offer applies to return tickets, and all taxes are included in the price. To book tickets or get additional information, visit the company website serbia.klm.com or authorised travel agencies.
