An apparent computer failure at Belgrade Airport’s Air Traffic Control centre earlier this afternoon saw a handful of flights delayed and flight paths altered to avoid Serbian airspace. The failure occurred between 17.40 and 19.00 local time, after which operations resumed. During the occurrence, Serbia’s airspace was closed, forcing aircraft to make detours.
