NEWS FLASH

Low cost carrier Wizz Air has scheduled the largest aircraft in its fleet, the Airbus A321, on flights between London Luton and Ljubljana. The 230-seat jet will enter into service on the route from September 17 and run four weekly flights each Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. It will replace the 180-seat A320 currently used for the service. Competition on the London - Ljubljana route has grown significantly over the last few years with easyJet operating from both Gatwick and Stansted airports, while Adria Airways maintains seasonal flights to Gatwick as well. The no frills carrier also runs flights from the Slovenian capital to Charleroi in Belgium.

I wish they or any other low-cost carrier flew to other cities from Ljubljana. Such a shame.
