Etihad hiring in Belgrade

Etihad Airways is seeking managerial-level staff members in Belgrade. The Abu Dhabi-based airline is hiring for the positions of Business Intelligence Manager and a Manager for Contact Centre Operations. Both roles are based in the carrier's contact centre in the Serbian capital. The job responsibilities and requirements can be found by clicking on the links. The Etihad Aviation Group, the parent company of the Emirati national carrier, opened a customer service centre in Belgrade for its network of carriers this March. The facility performs contact centre and loyalty operations in seven languages in Europe for Etihad Airways, Air Serbia, Air Seychelles and Etihad Regional before expanding to support Alitalia and Air Berlin later on. It is expected to have 685 staff by 2020 when the facility is forecast to handle more than 4.4 million calls.

    Vec dosta dugo traze ove ljude i izgleda da ne mogu nikog adekvatnog da nadju u Srbiji.

      Logicno da ne mogu. Traze ljude sa najmanje 5 godina iskustva u call centrima. U Srbiji su se call centri pojavili pre neku godinu,

    Verovatno je razlog to sto jako malo traze, a daju puno toga; srecom sam decu sklonio da odrastaju negde drugo, ovde je vec zestoko, a sta ce tek biti ne smem ni da mislim. Srecno svima!
