Windrose shelves planned Ljubljana service

NEWS FLASH

Ukraine's Windrose Airlines has confirmed it will not operate planned flights between Kiev and Ljubljana this winter season. The carrier was scheduled to launch a two weekly service between the two capitals from December 16. The airline noted that its "plans have been modified based on demand". Windrose has been granted approval by Ukrainian regulators to maintain services from Kiev to both Ljubljana and Maribor. On the other hand, Adria Airways inaugurated flights between Ljubljana and Kiev last Sunday, with the service running three times per week.
