I flew Nordica/LOT to TLL via WAW - pretty underwhelming product.

People don't fly them for the quality of their service. They fly them because they are cheap and convenient.

Soft or hard product? Both? At least they hand out chocolate bars ("Prince Polo")...

LO used to have a really decent product up until a few years ago. To BEG they used to give a large, fresh sandwich, a chocolate bar and a round of drinks.

I hope that as their financial performance improves so will their product.

What's interesting is that their European premium product is no longer called 'business class' but premium economy. Smart move.

@anon1 - they are not cheap, 180 EUR rt.
@anon2 - both. Seat comfort was WizzAir level.

I am sorry but €180 for a connecting flight on a legacy carrier is really not a lot.

LOT is pretty much a low-cost carrier in terms of service.

@Nemjee Actually, in general connecting flights are cheaper than flying point to point

Well, even if they tend to be cheaper €180 is still a pretty good price. It would be expensive if you paid that to fly one way.

Wizz ir to gothenburg payed 1 way 18euro, nezt day home with lot via warsawa is 150euro -.- took wizz home to malmö instead 15euro, and tale bus from malmö to gothenburg 10euro. 150euro for a ticket one way in middle of february is expensive. (I would have flown with lot if it was 100euro that was my limit)
