Pristina Airport has recorded strong passenger growth during the first month of the year by handling 144.137 travellers in January, representing an increase of 17.3% on 2017. The airport anticipates welcoming over two million passengers this year. A number of carriers will introduce new flights to the city this summer including Eurowings, Norwegian Air Shuttle, Germania, Orange2Fly and Electra Airways.

    An excellent result considering that easyJet stopped flying to CDG and there have been no major frequency upgrades or even new routes.
