Niš delays airport management decision

Local authorities in Niš have delayed a motion in parliament to transfer management rights of Constantine the Great Airport from the city to the state following a wave of protests. A vote was due to take place today, with the governing coalition to support the proposal. Those opposed to the motion believe the change in management is linked to the recent takeover of Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport by France's VINCI and that Niš's passenger growth will be capped as a result. However, the government has denied such claims, insisting that it plans to continue to grow the airport's operations, maintain its three euro fee for handling, landing and passenger services, as well as invest in the expansion of the terminal building and new control tower. The vote has now been delayed until further notice. The airport was initially managed by the state until rights were transferred to the city in 2010.

      Nis nema para da finansira aerodrom i leteove sa njega. Nije to Zadar gde sveki stranac donese od 300 do 1000 jura zarade gradu i ekonomiji vec se vozaju beogradski lelemudi i niski gastosi kojima je tesko pare isterati iz dzepa.

      Svejedno. Ne znam kako oni mogu da imaju saobracaj a da neko to ne dotira. Nis ima saobracaj od 1980ih i uvek je neko morao da ih dotira. Ne verujem da moze u Skupstini da prodje zakon o trajnim dotacijama za niski aerodrom. Odmah ce da se jave sa Ponikva i Ladjevaca.

    To be honest, I am torn here. From one hand, I really think decentralization is good, but from the other hand, I fear local authorities are not competent to run the airport professionally in a way that the Government would be. So I really do not know what to think of this.

      Mislis da Zorana, blajhana plavusa ista vise zna o tome? Ona je profesor na SegaMega Univerzitetu. Vlada Srbije ima pristup parama iz budzeta koje su neophodne za opstanak aerodroma.

      Ne zaboravi da je zapravo bas ta lokalna vlast podigla Nis iz pepela a toga se nije setio niti jedan "genijalac" iz Beograda ukljucujuci ministarku.

      O tome koliko je centralna vlast kompetetna da vodi aerodrom najbolje govori cinjenica da su Beograd dali u koncesiju jer po njihovim recima "koncesionar ce biti bolji vlasnik nego drzava".
      Ovde je jedino bitna stvar kontrole i nicega vise. Centralna vlast hoce da kontrolise Nis jer na taj nacin mogu jedino direktno ili indirektno da uticu na poslovanje Nisa odnosno da kanalisu njegov razvoj u skladu sa obavezama koje su preuzeli potpisujucu koncesijski ugovor sa Vincijem.

      Ali Beograd je sve to platio. Beograd placa plate radnicima u Nisu jer grad Nis nema novca. Sad treba pljunuti 10 miliona ... i to sto pre ako planiraj uda nastave razvoj. Ko ce to?

      Anon 12:55 - Šta je Beograd? Nije Beograd platio, već je lovu koja im se uplaćuje od PDV-a iz Niša, Prokuplja, Leskovca, Doljevca, itd. vratio nazad. Odakle tom Beogradu o kome pričaš pare?

      this is where you are wrong. local guys were actually responsible for this growth. meanwhile zorana and guys in belgrade wanted to decapited them for years now. first they were pissed about 3€/pax, then they saw it yields results, now they want to take credit and control over the airport.

      Pa Nikola Tesla zaradi i onda od tih para oni pokrivaju plate radnicima Niskog aerodroma. Ako je aerodrom u gibitku, a jeste, onda oni profit preusmeravaju iz profitnih preduzeca da krpe gubitase. Tako stvari funkcionisu.

      Beograd je glavni grad Srbije u koji se sliva novac svih poreskih obveznika cele drzave. I bas zato taj isti Beograd (gde i ja zivim) mora da razvija celu zemlju, da kanalise tokove novca i investicije u skladu sa projektima koji donose razvijanju lokalnih zajednica (pogotovo nakon fascinantnog uspeha od preko 300.00 putnika).

      Kada stranim investitorima daju hiljade evra po radnom mestu finansirajuci tako plate tih radnika za bar 2 godine ne pada im pamet da za taj novac traze vlasnistvo nad firmom.

      Centralna vlast i treba da investira u plate radnika dok aerodrom ne postane finansijski samoodrziv jer i taj Beograd, odnosno centralna vlast, ce itekako imati koristi od povecanog broja putnika u Nisu koji ce troseci svoj novac u Srbiji direktno puniti drzavnu kasu.

      Medjutim to je tako u teoriji - u stvarnosti Vinci zahteva kontrolu saobracaja drugih aerodroma u Srbiji, premijerka je to potpisala ocekujuci da ce to glatko proci. Drago mi je sto im se to nije obistinilo.

      q1 2018 navodno pokazuje da su se prihodi i rashodi aerodroma izjednačili, dakle aerodrom je samodrživ.

      drugo, država želi da investira u aerodrom, to je očigledno. ako sada imaš uspešnu priču, zašto je menjati, zašto je beogradu potrebno da upravlja tim aerodrom?

      niko ne poriče da INI ne bi mogao da nije bilo para iz budžeta, a ni pomoći ANT-a, ali zašto je sada baš potrebno da upravljanje njim ode u beograd, e to niko ne može da objasni.

      Ako zele da investiraju neka to urade bez prenosa vlasnistva jer i taj Nis nije u Nepalu nego u Srbiji.

      Takodje treba biti oprezan prilikom iznosenja brojki o visini ulaganja drzave u Nis. Zloupotrebljava se investiranje SMATSA-e u novi toranj i predstavlja kao investicija drzave a drzava Srbija sa tim novcem nema ama bas nista, on stize iz Evrope.
      Od tog istog novca se gradi i toranj u Tivtu. Hoce nam i to predstaviti kao investiciju Srbije?

      Verovatno se kao investicija vodi i ponekad neupotrebljiva oprema koja je stigla kao poklon od beogradskog aerodroma.

      Sa druge strane, da je bilo i drugog, realnog finansiranja verovatno jeste, ali zar bi niski aerodrom bio jedina firma kojoj je drzava Srbija pomogla? Imamo gomile gubitasa u koje novac ulazi kao u crnu rupu a oni iz godine u godinu samo stvaraju nove gubitke. U Nisu se bar vidi da ce se taj novac odnosno investicija Srbiji itekako isplatiti ako se ostavi sadasnje rukovodstvo aerodroma da radi svoj posao kao sto je i do sad uspesno radilo.

      Problem je sto Nis za 40 godina nikada nije bio samoodrziv aerodrom. Ti vidis da oni neke pare zaradjuju ja da samo prave gubitke za korist Wizza i RA. Pre su to radili za JAT i MA. Vansi je tu samo uzrok previranja.

      Anon 3:08 Većina gradova i sela u Srbiji nije samoodrživo. Ako si iz BGD onda znaj da GSP već 40 godina nije samoodrživ, pa autobusi nastavljaju da idu. Taj aerodrom je prozor Nišu u svet i ne treba da bude u vlasništvu države.

      GSP se dotira sa 200 miliona jura godisnje i ne treba da se placaju zato karte. Ispada da samo Beograd moze da se izdrzava sto nije tacno. Aerodrom treba da ima dotacije za opremanje i za deo plata vatrogascima i sl za FUNKCIONISANJE. Ne za sekretarice i druge bilmeze.

      očigledno je da oni bolje znaju šta treba od ekipe iz beograda kojima se niš svodi na dobar roštilj.

      Lokalni durduboci su ga doveli da placaju troskove aerodroma od parking servisa. I njima se Nis svodi na dobar rostilj, ebe se ekipi iz BGD za niski rostilj kad jedu po fensi smensi restoranima.

      Kako god da su doveli da placaju troskove nije bitno sve dok je legalno.
      Njihov rezultat se vidi (300.000 putnika).
      Vladin rezultat se vidi (BEG dat u koncesiju jer ne znaju da upravljaju aerodromom)

      NE PLACAJU TROSKOVE. To je stalno problem nezavisno od Vucica. 300.000*3 jura nije neki veliki novac.

      Koliko smo puta ovde zakljucili da BEG pravi profit i pored Vlaisavljevica? Ovoj vladi je potrebno da sada uzmu novac.

    This just shows the extremely high support provided by the citizens of INI and how very important it is for them. The local government will benefit heavily but these matters should be held democratically by helding a referendum and letting the people decide their will.
    INI is a very important city.
