Sarajevo Airport has seen its passenger numbers improve in June following a Ramadan slump in May. Bosnia and Herzegovina's busiest airport welcomed 92.997 travellers through its doors, representing an increase of 19%. However, it should be noted that last year Ramadan was observed mostly in June. The number of aircraft movements stood at 1.170, down 1%. During the first half of the year, Sarajevo handled 430.140 passengers, an improvement of 12%. Aircraft movements are up 5.2%. It processed 1.143. 419 kilograms of cargo.
