Great stuff! They should try hiring the FR pilots, who are currently having lots of issues.
They must however, increase the salaries.

Salaries on the flight deck at JP are high.

Increase salaries by 50%, offer to fly a better aircraft (Airbus), offer the Ryanair 5/4 roster and perhaps somebody will go from FR to JP... Never going to happen.

Are you sure? I know for a fact they are 40% lower than in FR.

They will soon burn through the money they 'found' in Darwin, so we are seeing the PR offensive aimed at potential buyers, where JP is presented as an airline on the rise worth buying.

Will be looking for many more. The way treating them and hiring with much lower foundation than JP did in the past in order to maintain relatively high standard on the flight deck. Times are comming, when pax, will choose airlines based on increased safety risks.

More or less the only (foreign) pilots joining JP are the ones who couldn't find a job somewhere else. Why else would you go fly a CRJ for half the money than you could get flying 737/A320 in FR/EZY?

FR says their pilots gain around 200k€ annually, is that not achievable by JP?
How about the pilots in JU/Aviolet Group¿

200kEUR in JP annually? Laughing ...

F/O get around 2.700 EUR net per month, Capt's around 5.000 EUR per month net.

Haha, typical FR propaganda. Captains earn approx. 110k EUR gross, gross, gross (pilots have to pay the uniforms, parking, IDs, water, food, traveling expenses, ...).

I read the other day here in the comments section in the forum that Adria is eventually studying long-haul routes, is that true? If yes, which destinations and what aircraft?

Why are they not hiring local pilots that trained in their own flight school? They rather hire pilots from other flight schools, especially Eastern Europe... Is it because they're Slovenians?

Maybe Adria should target Croatia pilots or Montenegro. But anyway if you want to be CRJ pilot then pick Cityjet instead.
