NEWS FLASH

Aer Lingus has announced that it will launch a new service from Ireland's second largest city of Cork to Dubrovnik next summer. The seasonal route will commence on April 30 and will be operated by an Airbus A320 aircraft every Tuesday and Saturday. During the 2018 summer season, the Irish carrier added an extra flight from Dublin to Dubrovnik, resulting in daily operations. It also serves Split and Pula in Croatia. Asked whether it could introduce flights to Zagreb in the future, the Irish carrier told EX-YU Aviation News in a statement, "Flights could be introduced if we determine that this route matches our customers’ needs, is economically viable and makes a positive financial contribution to our business as a whole".

Further flight details for the new Cork - Dubrovnik service can be found here.
