Belgrade Airport registers record profit

Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport recorded a net profit of 20.9 million euros during the first eight months of the year, representing an increase of 4% on the same period in 2017. Its revenue grew 11% to a record 59 million euros. The figures represent its best financial performance to date. The French concession and construction company VINCI is preparing to take over the airport as it finalises the finances for the transaction. The concessionaire is expected to secure the final loan for the takeover from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development next week.

    Za oblik drzavnog upravljanja koji je do sada poslovao, Aerodrom Niloa Tesla jeste dobro poslovao. Obzirom na nedovoljnu iskoriscenost aerodroma u toku 24 sata. Takodje saobracaj na aerodromu je preko 90% uskotrupni, Kargo je takodje skroman za stvarne mogucnosti aerodroma...
    VINCI Airports ce pokrenuti veoma ozbiljan saobracaj, koji realno Srbija nije mogla da privuce. Sama investicija od jedne ipo milijarde dolara mora imati uspeh i pokrice prometom... Dinamicni i veoma razvojni dani dolaze za vazdusnu luku Beograda. I red je da dugogodisnje price i zelje postanu realnost. VINCI Aviation Know How.

      Рачунајте да ће бар 500 милиона да кошта Србију ова концесија што директних субвенција, што опраштања дугова а такође и казни за непоштовање уговора. Загреб има неких помака у раду, али ништа спектакуларно, а већ смо имали прилике да видимо како изгледа кад авион треба да се неплански врати после поноћи...

      Najveći problem je što niko u stvari ne zna šta ta koncesija zapravo znači i što se ne zna šta je bio cilj države pa je povukla ovakav potez. Da li će deo profita pod koncesijom, koji treba da pripadne državi, biti veći od ovog trenutnog, usled poboljšanog poslovanja ili je cilj koncesije bio odricanje profita u narednih 25 godina da bismo posle dobili moderan i razvijen aerodrom i u infrastrukturalnom i u poslovnom smislu.

      Zlu nameru svakako treba predpostaviti u ovom slucaju. Nij bilo ni jednog racionalnog razloga da se u koncesiju udje. Sve je moglo da se uradi samostalno.

    Nista nije dobro za Srbiju jer preko 90% godisnjeg profita Aerodroma Beograd ide u rukama VINCI grupu u Francusku.Francuske koncesionare-gazde ce da masno zarade preko 90miliona eura godisnje jer se Srbija otkazuje od poslovanja na Aerodrom Beograd.

      Firma se prodaje/iznajmljuje kada je profitabilna a ne kada je gubitaš... Francuzi će unaprediti poslovanje aerodroma za ovih 25 god sigurno više nego što bi ovi naši za 100...

      Veoma vazno je samo koliko para ostaje u Srbiji od aerodroma Beograd, Francuzi iz VINCI grupe dolaze samo da profit izbace iz srpske privrede u njihove Njemacke banke u Francuskoj dok nasi ljudi rade na Aerodromu za minimalac.

    Seems like BEG did well today, total of five A321s!

    TKx2, LH, AZ and A3. Even OS sent its A320.

    Let's hope JU had good loads as well.

    Even with all open and hidden subsidising of JU the airport is on track to hit 30M profit. Proves even more that the airport even with this management could have developed just fine.
    Let's wait and see whether VINCI secures funding and takes over at the end.

    Uopšte nije bitno da li će da unaprede poslovanje ili neće kad Srbija iz tog poslovanja neće zarađivati. To je isto kao i što Čikago unapredi poslovanje. Mogla bi i Srbija malo da se potrudi pa da napravi nešto, na žalost takvi smo ljudi.
