Air Serbia hiring Boeing pilots

NEWS FLASH


Air Serbia is seeking qualified type rated captains and first officers on Boeing 737. General requirements include a valid EASA flight crew licensing, Serbian Civil Aviation Directorate (CAD) or validated license acceptable to Serbian CAD, class I medical and English language proficiency. Further terms and conditions for the captain role can be found here, while additional details for the first officer position can be viewed here. The application deadline for both posts has been set for September 30.

  2. great time to start speculations about JU getting some boeings in its fleet when it is all about these 30y old charter vessels!

    Znam da ces se razocarati ali sta mogu...

    Navodno dolazi jedan noviji 737 za Aviolet (najavili su više letova Avioleta ove sezone u usporedbi sa prošlom) i još jedan avion. Jel ovaj „još jedan“ CRJ9 koji je već objavljen ili još jedan avion koji bi oslobodio A319 za Niš ostaje za vidjeti.

    Again pilots for 737???? That is 6th time in 4 years. For just 3 planes (now just 2). For 2 planes they need 10 pilots maximum. Are they eating them, or what?

      It's because the majority of the pilots on 737 are older and are retiring. In the past they usually hired pilots seasonally.

      For each aircraft they need 5 captains and 5 first officers, rather then "for 2 planes they need 10 pilots maximum". For instance, in next July Aviolet will operate 10 to 11 rotations a day.
