Ryanair hiring in Croatia

Europe's largest airline, Ryanair, will be hiring Croatian cabin crew members. The carrier will host a recruitment day in Zadar on May 16. Requirements include good knowledge of English, both written and spoken, an EU passport and good computer skills. Selected candidates will take part in an intensive six week training course which covers all aspects of the job from passenger safety to customer service. It should be noted that a fee is associated with the training process, although can be deducted from the salary later. Successful applicants will receive "a highly competitive package" including a two-year contract, staff travel rates, a potential productivity bonus of 1.800 euros per year and a competative basic sallary plus variable flight pay.     When they had summer base in ZAD they were not employing local crew but were bringing people from Spain, Italy, Poland and whole Europe to work out of Zadar. Now they closed base in Zadar and hiring crew in Zadar. Brilliant!!!!

    ...and good computer skills. Of course, they will eventually be flying on 737max and those birds need some re-progamming from time to time. :)
