Dubrovnik Airport registered its busiest month on record this August by handling 524.615 passengers, representing an increase of 8.9%. During the month, the airport welcomed its two-millionth passenger of the year, nineteen days ahead of 2018. On August 3 the airport recorded its 24-hour record, during which it handled over 24.000 passengers. Dubrovnik Airport saw 2.099.022 travellers pass through its doors during the first eight months of the year, up 12.9%. It has added an extra 240.016 passengers so far in 2019.

    DBV added around 40.000 passengers in August while ZAG added 3.500. Shows which airport is the best run in the country. Congrats DBV.

    So far the Dubrovnik Airport has 2.1 million passengers ,in September last year they got nearly 400K pax,that means they can expect more than 2,5 mil ,October last year 250K pax they could reach those 3 million, will see.

      They are no doubt a very well run airport but I wouldn't call them the best until they reduce seasonality. Of course they can't handle 300.000 passengers in November and February but they can work to getting close to 100.000. Only then will they claim the much coveted title of the best ex-YU airport.

      Last year in November Dubrovnik has more than 40K tourists in the city, January and February are the most critical not the November and December.
